In November 2011, the French group Descours & Cabaud founded in cooperation with the current owner Carlos Dantas in Remscheid the company TKD GmbH. - 2012
In April 2012, TKD GmbH moved to the industrial area of Winterhagen, Hückeswagen - 2013
TÜV Rheinland certifies TKD GmbH for the first time according to DIN ISO 9002. - 2017
As part of a capacity expansion of storage areas, the logistics part was outsourced. - 2023
In January 2023, TKD GmbH was taken over by the Dantas family according to an MBO (Management-Buy-Out).
